• Participatory Action Research/Evaluation - Action learning is about learning from actions and applying what is learned back into the next experience, an ongoing program review process. At Lesedi MJ Skills Development we use participatory action-learning research/evaluation to improve our client's various contemporary development projects, identify key insights, and provide recommendations for improved implementation. Our action- learning processes can improve the design and implementation of programs' performance tracking tools, and implementation design based on practical realities in programs.
